Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with strong technical design capabilities and hands-on experience delivering high-quality digital products. 

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of user experience principles, modern UI standards, and collaborative product development, with the ability to communicate professionally in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications
- Apply user-centered design principles to solve functional and usability challenges
- Create detailed user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Produce high-fidelity UI designs aligned with modern design standards and branding guidelines
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and pattern libraries
- Ensure consistency across platforms, devices, and screen sizes (responsive design)
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Translate functional requirements and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability best practices
- Effectively present and document design decisions in Arabic and English

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies (research, personas, journey mapping, usability testing)
- Strong UI expertise including layout systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and design specifications for development handoff
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Ability to work with Agile / Scrum product teams

Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must include a portfolio link in their resume showcasing at least 10 UX/UI projects.

Language Requirements:
- Arabic: Native or Fluent
- English: Fluent (spoken and written)

Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with enterprise, government, or large-scale digital platforms
- Experience collaborating with distributed or cross-functional teams
