#Hiring Analyzer Technician – SWAS (Steam & Water Analysis System) Resource for our Sistering Company in KSA.

Key Responsibilities
•            Perform routine and preventive maintenance on SWAS analyzers (pH, conductivity, cation conductivity, sodium, silica, dissolved oxygen, chloride, phosphate).
•            Check sensors and instruments as per OEM procedures and maintain records.
•            Troubleshoot analyzer faults, signal issues, sampling line blockages, and drift in readings.
•            Inspect and maintain sample conditioning systems (coolers, pressure reducers, filters, flow control devices).
•            Ensure proper functioning of analyzer shelters, panels, and tubing.
•            Assist in commissioning, installation, and upgrades of SWAS equipment.
•            Conduct basic DCS/PLC signal checks and ensure proper communication of analyzer outputs.
•            Follow safety procedures, maintain housekeeping, and support water chemistry teams during abnormal conditions.
•            Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and operations for spares, repairs, and technical support.
Skills & Competencies
•            Hands‑on experience with SWAS analyzers (Swan, Hach, Mettler Toledo, Yokogawa, ABB).
•            Strong troubleshooting skills for sensors, transmitters, sampling systems, and analyzer loops.
•            Ability to read P&IDs, instrument loop drawings, and basic wiring diagrams.
•            Understanding of water chemistry parameters relevant to boilers and turbines.
•            Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Qualification
Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation/Electrical/Chemical with 3–7 years of SWAS maintenance experience
