We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to be based in Riyadh with experience in EPBCS to support finance and workforce planning processes. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud Planning modules, and supporting end-users across budgeting, forecasting, and workforce analytics.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or related field. Preferable MBA in Finance, Master’s degree in finance & Accounting or equivalent, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant Proven experience in Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS. Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes. Hands-on experience with Finance Planning and Workforce Planning modules. Experience in designing forms, business rules, calculations, and dashboards in EPBCS. Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting. Experience in workforce planning, including headcount, compensation, and cost forecasting. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with stakeholder management and end-user training. Knowledge of integration with ERP/financial systems is a plus. Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh. Must hold a transferable Iqama.
