Job Purpose The IT Infrastructure, Operations & Networking Manager is responsible for designing, operating, securing, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure with a strong focus on networking and operations excellence. The role ensures high availability, performance, and resilience of on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud and mission-critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Operations (Core Focus) Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure & Operations across:Data Centers, Servers, Storage, Virtualization Cloud & Hybrid environments End-User Computing & Collaboration platforms
Ensure 24/7 operational availability of enterprise systems. Establish and enforce SOPs, runbooks, and operational controls. Lead incident, problem, change, and service continuity management.
Networking (Critical & Mandatory Expertise) Own and architect the enterprise network infrastructure, including:LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi / MPLS / SD-WANSite-to-site & remote access VPNsRouting, switching, and network segmentation Design and manage high-availability and redundant network architectures. Oversee firewalls, load balancers, network security zones, and traffic optimization. Support multi-site operations (Head Office, projects, remote sites). Lead troubleshooting of complex network incidents impacting business systems. Manage network performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization.
Security, DR & Business Continuity Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) plans. Ensure infrastructure and network compliance with cybersecurity frameworks. Govern backups, patching, vulnerability management, and access controls. Coordinate with cybersecurity and audit teams.
Oracle Fusion Technical Operations (Support Scope) Ensure stable infrastructure connectivity and secure access for Oracle Fusion Cloud. Support integrations, network security, identity access, and system availability. Coordinate with Oracle Support and system integrators for infrastructure-related issues. Support quarterly updates and production readiness from an infrastructure perspective.
Vendor, Budget & SLA Management Manage infrastructure and networking vendors and service providers. Lead contract negotiations, SLAs, and operational performance reviews. Manage IT infrastructure CAPEX / OPEX budgets.
Projects & Stakeholder Management Lead infrastructure and network delivery for:New offices Mega projects Site mobilizations
Work closely with PMO, business leaders, and executive management. Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management Lead Infrastructure, Operations, and Network teams. Define roles, KPIs, escalation models (L1/L2/L3). Drive training, capability building, and succession planning.


Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience (Mandatory)12–15+ years in IT Infrastructure & Operations.5+ years in a managerial or senior leadership role. Strong hands-on networking background is mandatory. Proven experience managing large, multi-site enterprise environments. Experience supporting cloud-based ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion preferred). Experience in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or large holding groups is highly preferred.
