About the Role:IT Systems Manager Core Purpose of the job:To perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of the enterprise class systems, client/Servers and desktop computer technology. Ensure the study and implementation of the future technology products, and integration with the existing services.
Requirements:Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science.8 years of experience in IT services delivery and IT projects. Practical experience with ITIL framework. Certified Lead Disaster Recovery Manager (DR Manager). Certified Data Centre Operations Manager (CDOM). Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent. PMP & Azure Administrator Associate are preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
