Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Concierge role based in Jeddah. The Concierge will assist guests by providing exceptional services such as handling reservations, offering accurate and helpful information, and performing receptionist duties. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, assisting with itinerary planning, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
