About the Company:

Job Objective:
To manage all administrative affairs and shared services, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment. This is achieved through resource management and support services to guarantee operational efficiency and support the achievement of company objectives.
Essential Requirements:
Experience in the perfume industry or retail trade.
Experience in dealing with government agencies (Municipalities, TAMM, Ministry of Commerce, Safety, Civil Defense, Saudi Business Center, General Authority of Customs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Food and Drug Authority, and all other government entities).
Experience in branch, warehouse, and factory opening procedures.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience in leading, guiding, and developing teams.
Proficiency in preparing monthly reports.
Skill in data analysis and report writing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills.
Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making. Experience in leadership and supervisory roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures related to administrative affairs and shared services.
Supervise facilities services (maintenance, cleaning, security, hospitality, transportation, and correspondence).
Manage contracts and agreements with service providers and monitor performance and compliance.
Supervise the management of assets, property, and inventory and ensure their optimal use.
Prepare and monitor the administrative budget and optimize expenses.
Supervise occupational health and safety and the work environment.
Lead and develop the administrative team and evaluate its performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure their shared services needs are met.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management that include recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
Approve operational procedures related to shared services. Recommending the signing or termination of contracts with service providers.
Managing the approved budget within the assigned authority.
Distributing tasks and evaluating the performance of department staff.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Professional Experience
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in administrative affairs or shared services, including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.
