Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
  • Handle all HR-related tasks on government platforms (such as GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, HRDF, and others).
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in developing HR procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding employee needs and inquiries.
  • Communicate professionally in English (spoken and written) with employees and external parties.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
