Responsibilities:

Read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings for finishing works.

Perform accurate Quantity Takeoff for all finishing items.

Prepare and organize BOQs according to company standards.

Conduct on-site measurements and verify quantities with proper documentation.

Prepare initial and final cost estimates and review them as required.

Collect material prices and coordinate with suppliers regularly.

Prepare project quotations and ensure compliance with requirements.

Follow up on project changes and issue updated quantities when needed.

Coordinate with execution teams and support quantity verification on-site.

Prepare periodic reports related to cost and project progress.

Requirements:

Basic to moderate experience in finishing or quantity surveying (no extensive experience required).

Good knowledge of quantity takeoff, measurements, and site surveying.

Ability to read drawings or willingness to learn quickly.

High accuracy in data entry and quantity calculations.

Strong organisational skills and ability to follow up tasks effectively.

Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Good command of Excel and office tools.
