JOB PURPOSE:The Regional QA Manager is responsible for governing the end-to-end lifecycle of beverage trade assets across Kuwait, KSA, and the UAE. This includes machine allocation, forecasting, performance tracking, financial accuracy, technical operations, and regional governance. The role leads the technical team, ensures machines are installed and maintained to international standards, and partners with the commercial teams to maximize machine efficiency, utilization, and return on investment. The position safeguards Alyasra’s assets, ensures quality standards, and supports commercial growth by optimizing machine deployment and performance. Key Responsibilities1. Asset Governance and Financial Control Track and collect contracts for every deployed machine and accessory across all markets. Maintain accurate net book value records and asset movement logs. Oversee and validate asset creation with the Finance team. Provide continuous updates to Finance on transfers, redeployments, write-offs, and machine status. Ensure full asset traceability, audit readiness, and compliance with company policies.2. Logistics, Warehousing and Machine Allocation Prepare machine and accessory forecasts using an 18-month rolling plan, considering seasonality, historical data, and growth ambitions. Submit annual machine and spare parts plans aligned with Sales, Line Manager, and the CFO. Track machine orders with Logistics from purchase order to arrival, ensuring correct technical specifications and regulatory certifications. Coordinate with Supply Chain on stock availability, warehouse movements, and replenishment. Decide machine allocation across markets and approve all machine releases. Conduct site assessments to validate accessibility, operational feasibility, channel suitability, and long-term serviceability.3. Technical Operations and Team Leadership Lead a regional technical team of 8 technicians across Kuwait, KSA, and UAE. Manage hiring, performance reviews, development, and disciplinary actions for the technical team. Oversee deployment and usage of service vehicles. Monitor maintenance activities using digital systems and weekly manual tracking systems. Conduct weekly operational review meetings with supervisors to address escalations and machine movement. Perform quarterly KPI evaluations focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance, machine condition, spare parts availability, and technician efficiency. Ensure machines are consistently maintained to international manufacturer standards.4. Commercial Machine Performance & ROIWork with Sales and Category teams to define performance expectations for machines by channel, customer type, and machine model. Review business cases for machine placements, ensuring commercial viability, payback period, TCO, and ROI justify deployment. Track and analyze machine profitability using cups/day, cost per cup, consumption vs. target, and SKU-level performance. Identify underperforming machines and build corrective action plans with Sales, including commercial push, training, relocation, or removal. Support Sales Managers in customer visits to address machine performance issues and ensure alignment with commercial expectations. Provide structured reporting on machine performance by region, customer, and channel to commercial leadership. Support tenders and major account proposals with technical and ROI-based recommendations.5. Machine Efficiency Standards & Governance Establish machine efficiency KPIs using global industry benchmarks such as uptime percentage, mean time between failures (MTBF), service response time, cups per day, utilization rate, and consumption-to-capacity ratio. Ensure installation, configuration, and maintenance follow international manufacturer guidelines and quality standards. Conduct technical inspections and efficiency audits to validate machine condition and performance. Evaluate misuse cases such as use of non-approved products, tampering, or poor cleaning, and work with Sales to enforce corrective action. Collaborate with Category teams to optimize SKU mix per machine to maximize yield and output. Drive adoption of monitoring technologies such as telemetry and IoT to improve real-time tracking and efficiency insights. Reduce downtime through predictive maintenance planning and proactive field interventions.
