We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customs Clearance Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling clearance formalities across both seaports and airports.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills: Strong knowledge of document checking for import shipments. Ability to submit declarations and documents through FASAH. Solid understanding of SABER and SFDA procedures. Experience in customs clearance at seaports and airports. Follow-up with shipping lines for Delivery Order (DO) collection. Coordination with port terminals for stripping charges, container release, and delivery processes. Skills

3-4 years’ experience in Customs Clearance within the same industry.

Responsibilities

Manage 24/7 customs clearance operations and provide regular shipment updates.

Prepare and review customs documents and approvals.

Promptly resolve clearance issues, holds, and delays.

Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions and approvals.

Liaise with government offices and ministries to support logistics operations.

Monitor and communicate regulatory updates and changes.

Handle renewal applications for temporary import/export shipments.
