Business Development Manager – Steel Structures (KSA)
Location: Riyadh
Mission: Win steel‑structure projects and own the sales cycle from lead to cash.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and convert a pipeline with developers/GCs/consultants
• Lead registrations/PQ on Etimad & major platforms; manage tender submissions.
• Coordinate estimation (tonnage take‑off/BOQ) and proposals; negotiate LOI/PO and close.
• Handover to execution; track milestones, VOs, invoicing and cash collection; develop subcontractor/supplier base.
Must‑Have
• 6+ yrs construction BD in KSA; 3+ yrs in steel/PEB/heavy steel.
• 3+ signed contracts in the last 3 years (verifiable).
• Active network: 10+ decision‑maker contacts (developers/GCs/consultants).
• Solid knowledge of KSA tendering/contracts; can read drawings and do basic tonnage estimation.
• Languages: Arabic & English—fluent. transferable Iqama.
