E-Commerce Coordinator
Job Objective:
To execute and coordinate the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product uploads and updates, order tracking, and coordination with relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage online stores.
• Upload new products, images, and descriptions on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Trendool.
• Optimize website SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
• Coordinate with management to plan seasonal offers and launch new products.
• Ensure readiness of online payment, shipping, and customer service systems.
• Track orders from purchase to delivery in coordination with the warehouse and shipping teams.
• Review and verify product pricing and discounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or the platform.
• Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports for the direct manager.
• Support digital marketing campaigns with technical execution or scheduling.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of content management and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in logistics.
• Experience in online sales.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
