Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Engineer specializing in water/wastewater treatment, air quality, and the environmental sector. 

The role focuses on building strong relationships with key developers, contractors, and consultants, while driving business growth through technical expertise, strategic client engagement, and project execution. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, verifying designs, negotiating, and closing opportunities that align with our vision of delivering sustainable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical selections, job costs, and quotations
• Arrange and review material submittals
• Lead client follow-ups and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers
• Arrange and conduct high-level meetings to discuss client requirements, new technologies, value engineering, and future opportunities
• Attend and lead meetings with consultants/designers to present solutions and ensure alignment
• Coordinate with design teams and site project managers to control costs, maintain quality output, and ensure client satisfaction
• Follow up on project deliverables and payments
• Prepare professional reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in the water treatment sector
• Strong and stable network with clients/consultants in the industry
• Proficiency in PC applications and reporting/documentation
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
