We are looking for a cost estimation engineer to join our team to deliver high-quality projects to our clients. 

You will be responsible for estimating the costs, resources, and labor needed for various projects, such as buildings, fit-out, facility management, and other structures. 

You will also prepare cost breakdowns, budget statements, proposals, and reports to support the project management and decision-making process.

Responsibilities

Estimate costs for projects (buildings, fit-out, facility management).

Meet clients to discuss project scope.

Gather information on-site about materials and labor.

Collaborate with engineers and contractors.

Analyze blueprints and documents for estimates.

Prepare cost breakdowns and budget statements.

Recommend cost-saving measures.

Support junior engineers and project staff.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

At least five years of experience in Fit-out and Finishing cost estimating .

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with various cost estimating methods, tools, and software, such as Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good experience in the Saudi Market.
