Job Title: Sales Manager & Sales Executives / Engineers – Building Materials (Aluminum, UPVC, WPC Doors & Windows)
Location: Jeddah
Responsibilities:
Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in Aluminum, UPVC, and WPC doors & windows.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, and consultants.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Oversee pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract management.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Sales Executives / Engineers:
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Present and promote the company’s product range to potential customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support for project-based sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Skills
Requirements:
- For Sales Manager: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management within the building materials industry.
- For Sales Executives/Engineers: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of Aluminum, UPVC, or WPC doors & windows.
- Strong network with contractors, developers, and architects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
