Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
  • Identify and maximize new business opportunities to support the growth its IP portfolio partnership program, particularly in KSA and MENA.
  • Gather market intelligence, conduct industry research, and utilize insights to drive business opportunities and optimize future renewals.
  1. Sponsorship Sales & Proposal Development
  • Lead the development of sponsorship proposals, including preparing compelling sales materials and documentation.
  • Manage the sales process, from prospecting to pitching and closing sponsorship deals.
  1. Partnership Negotiation & Closing
  • Take an active role in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements to achieve revenue targets while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
  1. Account Management & Sponsor Activations
  • Support partner account management by ensuring the delivery of sponsor contractual benefits and activations.
  • Monitor and report on sponsorship performance and activation outcomes.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with team and its IP portfolio agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in partnership development and management within the sports sponsorship market.
  • Proven experience across the sponsorship acquisition cycle (e.g., analyzing, sourcing, pitching, closing, and servicing partnerships).
  • Background in a commercial sports organization or marketing agency is highly preferred.
