Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.
  2. Assist in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate databases.
  3. Respond to employee inquiries and support internal communication.
  4. Help process payroll data and manage leave requests.
  5. Organize training programs and assist in performance evaluation tracking.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
