JOB PURPOSE:

Coordinate and organizing all tasks related to Stores and Procurements in order to achieve managements objectives.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Purchasing:

• Review and approve all original provisioning orders within current limits of authority.
• Provisions for all required materials within the relevant ATA regulations through standard practices.
• Initiates system release of orders, verifies accuracy of printed-data and ensures order approval within expenditure limits of authorities.
• Maintains follow-up to ensure vendor compliance with orders and resolves discrepancies.
• Receive and verify justification of warranty claim from users.
• Verify and approve invoices within limits of authority for materials borrowed.
• Issue sale/disposal authorization Form for non-aircraft material.

AOG:

• Review and approve all original AOG orders within current limits of authority.
• Ensures timely completion of AOG assignments by maintaining a current follow-up activity.
• Provisions for all AOG materials within the relevant ATA regulations through standard practices.
• Initiates system release of AOG orders, verifies accuracy of printed-data and ensures order approval within expenditure limits of authorities.
• Maintains follow-up to ensure vendor compliance with AOG orders and resolves discrepancies.
• Receive and verify justification of warranty claim from users for AOG materials.
• Maintains follow-up on all AOG claims requiring monetary requirement until satisfactory resolved.
• Verify and approve invoices within limits of authority for AOG materials borrowed.

Repair:

• Ensures timely completion of repair assignments by maintaining a current follow-up activity.
• Initiates system release of repair orders, verifies accuracy of printed-data and ensures order approval within expenditure limits of authorities.
• Maintains follow-up to ensure repair shops / repair agencies compliance with repair orders and resolves discrepancies.
• Receive and verify justification of warranty claim from users for repair orders.
• Monitors turn-around times of repairable items for both out and in-house repairs.
• Coordinate transfer of scrap material and discard material to the surplus warehouse.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor.

EDUCATION DEGREE:

Bachelor / Master degree in (Mechanical / Electrical / Aviation) Engineer or any other related degree.

QUALIFICATION / LANGUAGES:

Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of 72.
