Executive - Marketing & Communication

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Executive - Marketing & Communication will be responsible for handling, executing, and developing the marketing works (activities & events, social media, branding... etc) for Company's projects that assist in achieving the marketing strategies and plans.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle the internal operations of the department through the internal system and its applications (i.e., Yardi, Kissflow, Freshdesk)
  • To develop relations with the tenants (communication related to the Marketing activities).
  • To liaise with various companies providing marketing services (agencies, contractors…)
  • To control the stock and management equipment of Marketing Department assets.
  • To execute any work related to the marketing requested by the management.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in Shopping Centre Marketing

  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, and preferably with Design Skills
