Role Purpose:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing new products, from concept to commercialization

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical guidance for product development projects across various sectors to translate R&D Proofs of Concept into Minimum Viable Products.
• Developing and executing strategies for the commercialization and market introduction of new potential technologies and products.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and technical due diligence for technology scouting and prioritization.
• Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Overseeing the creation and execution of technical project plans and timelines.
• Managing project budgets effectively to ensure financial resources are allocated and utilized efficiently.
• Developing comprehensive resource plans for the projects including capabilities, materials, equipment, subcontractors & laboratories.
• Ensuring all projects comply with quality standards and requirements, maintaining the highest levels of excellence.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Engineering or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in R&D, product development, technology commercialization or a relevant field.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
