Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and organization within the workplace. This role is integral to maintaining smooth communication and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
  1. Office Coordination:
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently by managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes when required.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
  • Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and proofread communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations as needed.
  1. General Assistance:
  • Provide support to staff and management as required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Level:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English Language, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
