Job Summary:
Providing swift support assistance to all end users for the smooth business operations.
Taking initiative for the enhancement and active participation in all assigned projects
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsive & effective helpdesk assistance & support for all end users IT related issues.
- Install, Configure and maintain information systems, networks and associated hardware & software, following technical specifications.
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote access systems.
- Knowledge of ITSM Application (Manage Engine, Service Desk, Zoho etc).
- Knowledge for devices of Switches, Access Point, IP Telephony, Printers, CCTV and Fingerprint.
- Responsible for deploying upcoming technologies as required and upgrading systems whenever required.
- Monitoring, Maintaining overall systems health, patch management.
- Network support by resolving technical problems related with LAN & WAN.
- Maintenance of End Users Equipements.
- Asset Management.
- Manage workstation inventory, system configurations, software installations & licensing compliance.
- Active participation in almost all assigned Projects of IT Dept.
- Periodic visits of warehouses & branch offices in order to check & measures to enhance system performance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
