Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Female) to lead and oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
  • Oversee performance appraisals and staff development plans.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Must hold a transferable Iqama and be ready to join immediately.
