Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Female) to lead and oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.

- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
- Oversee performance appraisals and staff development plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Must hold a transferable Iqama and be ready to join immediately.
