Customer Relations Officer

Department: Customer Service



Reports to: Customer Relations Supervisor



Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage real estate show units, including:
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of show units.
  • Organizing and preparing show units to receive customers.
  • Following up on the availability of all marketing and promotional materials in the show units.
  • Receive customers and provide them with the necessary information about real estate projects.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to their problems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert them into actual customers.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer services.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the performance of show units and customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with colleagues in the sales and marketing department.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with the basics of the real estate market.
  • Tact and good appearance.


Qualifications:



  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer programs.
