Assistant Legal Counsel

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To assist in the development of a DEC division of all reports, minutes of meetings and all the legal documents.

To liaise with the relevant DEC committee and provide support where appropriate.

  • Provide detailed legal research and analysis for cases, policies, and regulations relevant to the DEC division.
  • Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all legal documentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and relevant committee members, offering support to streamline processes.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with SAFF’s standards and legal requirements.


  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Law.


  • Minimum Experience:
  • Fresh graduate – one year of experience.
