Key Responsibilities
General Duties:
- Monitor web analytics as per principal guidelines.
- Develop and execute improvement plans to enhance the customer experience.
- Incorporate best practices to ensure seamless online-to-offline flow.
- Manage online merchandising and category listings to drive performance.
- Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers and KPIs.
- Leverage sales insights for demand management and forecasting.
- Develop and execute SEO and PPC marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and manage promotions effectively.
- Keep the e-commerce site engaging with updates such as banners and blogs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly Buying and Brand teams.
Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in a range/category role or similar position.
- 2–4 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in Health & Beauty.
- Graduate or graduate-caliber qualification.
- Strong understanding of retail processes and operations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience with e-commerce content management systems.
- Analytical and numerical skills, with knowledge of key drivers in the Beauty and Skin Care market.
