Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our advertising and customer engagement efforts. This role requires expertise in social media and Google ads, eCommerce, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will develop and implement digital strategies, manage CRM, and enhance engagement through content, email campaigns, and retargeting techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (all major channels) and Google ads to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Planned, created, and tailored engaging content for the Saudi audience, using language and cultural nuances to resonate with local customers.
  • Create and implement marketing plans with clear goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns to enhance the customer shopping experience and boost conversions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and provide superior after-sales service.
  • Conduct retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Create, manage, and optimize email marketing (E-marketing) campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on eCommerce and social media advertising.
  • Proven ability to create and manage effective content tailored to the Saudi market.
  • In-depth experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat) and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools for after-sales service.
  • Strong knowledge of retargeting, remarketing, and E-marketing techniques.
