We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our advertising and customer engagement efforts. This role requires expertise in social media and Google ads, eCommerce, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will develop and implement digital strategies, manage CRM, and enhance engagement through content, email campaigns, and retargeting techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (all major channels) and Google ads to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Planned, created, and tailored engaging content for the Saudi audience, using language and cultural nuances to resonate with local customers.
- Create and implement marketing plans with clear goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce campaigns to enhance the customer shopping experience and boost conversions.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and provide superior after-sales service.
- Conduct retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing (E-marketing) campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on eCommerce and social media advertising.
- Proven ability to create and manage effective content tailored to the Saudi market.
- In-depth experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat) and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools for after-sales service.
- Strong knowledge of retargeting, remarketing, and E-marketing techniques.
