The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the CEO with executive tasks while also providing essential assistance in managing and coordinating important projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with daily activities, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO.
- Coordinate and manage executive-level meetings and events, including travel arrangements and logistical support.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
- Support project planning and execution by helping to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in coordinating project activities, including meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, offering recommendations for solutions.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, such as contracts, reports, and meeting notes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in implementing and improving project management tools and processes for greater efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of project management best practices and standards.
- Monitor project performance and prepare status reports for the CEO and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, in project management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
