Job Summary :

Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction to ensure that projects stay on budget and on schedule. This includes developing and managing detailed schedules, overseeing resource allocation for optimal execution, conducting regular site inspections, reviewing construction plans and specifications, and identifying potential risks. Proactive measures will be implemented to mitigate these risks, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and procurement strategies.
• Propose Value Engineering solutions to enhance the project’s cost, time, and quality.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges, and meet project objectives.
• Carry out thorough project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications :

• 20+ years of experience with a degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and budget management principles.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations, permits, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Experience in construction contract negotiations and claims management.
• Understanding of lean construction principles and methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in project budgeting and cost control.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
