Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Support employee development programs and career progression plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Provide support to employees regarding benefits enrollment and inquiries.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
