Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify large enterprise clients that could benefit from Velents AI hiring platform.
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and qualify leads.
  • Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives.
  • Effectively position our AI solutions to meet their specific needs and add value.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales opportunities, and prioritize activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns tailored to enterprise clients.




Skills

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with Enterprise SaaS solutions (but not above the age of 35).
  • Experience in the GCC region is a must.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in AI solutions SaaS, e-learning tech platforms, or working with HR managers.
  • Exceptional communication, conversation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs with customized AI solutions.
  • Ability to handle the whole sales cycle and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic markets.
  • Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
