Key Responsibilities:
- Identify large enterprise clients that could benefit from Velents AI hiring platform.
- Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and qualify leads.
- Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives.
- Effectively position our AI solutions to meet their specific needs and add value.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales opportunities, and prioritize activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns tailored to enterprise clients.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with Enterprise SaaS solutions (but not above the age of 35).
- Experience in the GCC region is a must.
- Preference for candidates with experience in AI solutions SaaS, e-learning tech platforms, or working with HR managers.
- Exceptional communication, conversation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and address client needs with customized AI solutions.
- Ability to handle the whole sales cycle and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Adaptability in fast-paced and dynamic markets.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic and English.
