Finance Reporting Management Manager

The role holder will be responsible to:


To accurately analyze, manage and report the budgets and update utilization for all related business capital projects, ensuring financial discipline and optimization of resources in the railway company's endeavors.


Core Responsibilities:


• Conducts necessary analysis on financial information collected as per the developed policies and procedures to aid in decision making.

• Implements necessary analysis tools to ensure the effective execution of the operations within the team.

• Analyses financial data, extracts, and defines relevant information and interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to forecast different financial aspects.

• Develops financial models, financial/operational metrics, reporting, or other analytical tools to guide business decisions.

• Analyses key financial performance metrics against forecast and reconciles the variances monthly and explains the same to SAR’s stakeholders.

• Analyses and discusses comparative variance analysis, analytical reviews, productivity analysis etc. with the individual departments, and advises management on the possible reasons for variances and recommendations for future.

• Responds to requests for special reports and analysis on consolidated budgeting data, as needed, and ensures the generation of the reports in line with the quality and agree upon timelines.

• Seeks to understand process improvement techniques and recommends new measures to be implemented to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develops feasibility studies and financial models to ascertain a project’s financial success and continuity


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related major.

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related major.

Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
