- Ensure data protection and recoverability for all supported systems.

Skills
- Working technical knowledge of Network, CCTV, PC, IP Telephony and platform operating systems, including Database.
- Technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including firewalls, Active Directory
- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and manuals.
Technical Skills:
Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols routing, and switching in Cisco networking technologies
Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows Server and Active Directory administration environments.
Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms
Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies, including firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
Backup & Recovery: Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
Database Management: Basic understanding of SQL databases and data backup procedures.
Hardware: Experience with server hardware, storage devices, and network equipment.
