  1. Provide helpdesk services to our internal clients, Students and Trainers
  2. The documentation, analysis, implementation, testing or modification of network infrastructure based on user or client design specifications.
  3. Server installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
  4. Application installation, maintenance, documentation and support.
  5. Network maintenance, documentation and support
  6. Network and server performance monitoring and analysis.
  7. Server and Application security maintenance and review.
  8. Learning Management system (LMS) support
  9. Ensure data protection and recoverability for all supported systems.
  10. . Escalate/communicate issues and concerns as necessary.
  11. Update users and change permissions for servers
  12. . Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts.
  13. . Work with site hosting and support providers to identify and resolve issues
  14. . Weekly /Monthly assessment report and summary
  15. . Server and site maintenance including scheduled backups, and conduct periodic test recoveries.


Skills

  • Working technical knowledge of Network, CCTV, PC, IP Telephony and platform operating systems, including Database.  
  • Technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including firewalls, Active Directory
  • Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and manuals. 

Technical Skills:

Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols routing, and switching in Cisco networking technologies

Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server and Windows Server and Active Directory administration environments.

Cloud Services: Experience with cloud platforms

Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies, including firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and encryption.

Backup & Recovery: Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.

Database Management: Basic understanding of SQL databases and data backup procedures.

Hardware: Experience with server hardware, storage devices, and network equipment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain system documentation.
