The Risk Senior Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the company's operations, assets, and reputation. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex risk concepts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various functions and processes. Identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Risk Management Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Reporting: Prepare and present detailed risk reports to senior management and the board of directors. Highlight key risk indicators and recommend actionable mitigation strategies.
- Incident Management: Lead the investigation of risk-related incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure that lessons learned are documented and applied to future risk management practices.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in risk management or a related field, with a proven track record in assessing and mitigating risks.
