Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Account Executive to manage the financial operations, bookkeeping, and reporting functions for our company in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage various accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely billing and collection of payments from clients.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
3. General Ledger Management:
- Maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions on a daily basis.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Taxation & Compliance:
- Prepare and submit VAT and other tax-related filings in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist with statutory audits and ensure compliance with KSA financial laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
- Manage banking relationships and ensure timely processing of transactions.
6. Payroll Management:
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of employee payroll.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, including end-of-service benefits, leave, and other entitlements.
7. Financial Controls & Policies:
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Assist in developing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
8. Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
9. Expense Management:
- Track and control company expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all expenses.
Skills
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in KSA.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in KSA region.
- Certifications: CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
