Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration and Customization:
- Configuration: Configure Maximo applications to meet organizational requirements, including setting up security roles, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Customization: Develop and implement customizations, such as scripts, reports, and user-defined fields, to tailor Maximo to specific business needs.
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and health, identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Maximo, including system errors, performance problems, and integration issues.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Integration: Manage and support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CMMS, or CRM systems.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Maximo, including data imports, exports, and migrations.
- Upgrades and Patch Management:
- Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and patches, including testing new versions and ensuring compatibility with existing customizations and integrations.
- Documentation: Document system changes, configurations, and customizations to maintain accurate records.
- User Support and Training:
- Support: Provide technical support to Maximo users, addressing queries and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance.
- Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to help users understand and effectively use Maximo features.

- Technical Expertise:
- Maximo Proficiency: Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Maximo’s technical architecture, including database structures, integration methods, and application development.
