COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Makeen is a JV formed by Saudi Aramco, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Saudi Arabian Industrial Investment Company (Dussur) to manufacture, build, sell and service marine and land-based 2 and 4-stroke engines.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment
- Handling the business trips for the employees and management flights & hotels.
- Monitor office supplies and handle shortages.
- Ordering stationary items and keeping an inventory of equipment and office supplies
- Coordinating reporting procedures across organizational teams
- Monitoring department expenses and accounts
- Provide general support to directors and senior management
- Involve in organizing company events or conferences
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
