ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.

• Prospecting new business including growth of corporate accounts all over KSA
• Sell and Market Lease vehicles to clients both face to face and over the telephone and ensure all requests are managed and handled in professional manner.
• Maintaining existing clients accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained.
• To ensure all administration and paperwork is processed efficiently in liaison with in-house Finance Department.
• Ensuring payments and related paperwork are completed effectively.
• Liaison with internal stakeholders and corporate functions as and when appropriate.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures and terms and conditions as and when appropriate.
• Ensuring all insurance documentation and claims are submitted in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Responsibility to ensure fleet remains in a good state of maintenance including coordinating maintenance and repair schedules.
• Working with senior management to plan the growth of the business in terms of business planning and resource requirements.
• Providing Management Information to business stakeholders as and when required
• Sell and Market Lease vehicle products for meeting customer wants and needs.
• Support customers with directions, maps and local area information.
• Check customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges.
• Update agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental extensions.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• Graduate with Minimum of Five (05) years of Total experience in Sales (Vehicle Lease industry. i.e. auto leasing - operating lease)
• MBA Marketing is preferred
• Possesses the ability to create new business ideas and assumes accountability for the inherent risks and outcomes
• Sound Knowledge of Leasing Business and Transportation Ministry regulations.
• Strategic thinker with executive presence and good ethics.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Good command of English both written and spoken. Arabic is added advantage
• Additional substantially equivalent experience could be substituted for the requirements stated herein.
