Project Manager

Job Purpose
Oversee all aspects of a project from conception to completion, ensuring it meets goals within budget and timeline, lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Accountability Areas
Drive Development & Monitor Execution of Business Plan:
Ensure project goals align with the business plan objectives
Develop detailed project plans in sync with the business plan timelines
Allocate resources effectively to support project and plan execution
Communicate project progress and impacts on the business plan to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks that may affect project and plan success
Track project progress against milestones and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the business plan
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.
Performance Reporting & Operation Reviews:
Gather relevant data on project performance and operational metrics
Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing project and operational performance, including key findings and recommendations
Present performance reports to stakeholders, including senior management, with clarity and professionalism
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans based on performance insights to address deficiencies and capitalize on strengths
Establish mechanisms for ongoing feedback and review sessions to ensure continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency based on performance reviews
Maintain accurate documentation of performance reports, action plans, and outcomes for future reference and accountability
Adapt reporting and review processes as necessary to meet changing project and operational needs.
Management of Committees and Working Groups:
Establish committees and working groups according to business needs following alfanar standard governance practices
Activation of established committees and working groups through proper organization of their meetings / gathering and proper preparation of agenda and documentation of MoM and supporting / following-up agreed upon action to be executed and closed.
Other:
Coordinate between PMO and GIT to prepare the PPM
Ensure proper security activities are planned & executed (awareness, training, etc.)
Drive preparation of GIT plans and assets analysis
Ensure monitoring of proper governance for GIT activities related to company vision
Play an active role in IT business continuity management (planning, testing & reporting)
Play liaison channel between support functions for GIT and GIT e.g. Audit, Systems, etc. in needed information and alignments.
Ensure proper activities are in place for IT stock management.
Role Accountability
Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
Ability to recognize low performance and help or release them.
Ability to treat people equally without any discrimination.
The managers only assessment criteria being performance leading to delivery of required results.
Ensure availability of delegation of authorities matrix to order to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.
Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.
Able to anticipate problems and make the necessary proactive steps to prevent them
Ability to take necessary and proper timely decisions.
Deliver the required results in timely manner with required quality and cost.

Able to transform the corporate goals into business plans.
Able to Plan, follow-up and execute those plans, whether they are annual or development plans.
Monitor the plan performance and initiate action to strengthen results and take the corrective action accordingly.
Provide periodic work progress reports.
Responsible for monitoring and control budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deploy them.
Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Should be conversant and able to navigate through IT solutions especially those relevant to his job and business.
Promote the automated systems and using them fully, to spread its culture.

Adapt to new and alternative techniques, technologies, management structures, and business models.
Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment as per the standard regulations.
Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Organizational Management / Project Management or Any relevant field
