Guildhall is working with a leading company in the aerial work platforms industry is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to provide overall leadership and management for a team of Sales Representatives in pursuit of market share and revenue goals in the Saudi Arabia region.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, evaluating their performance and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences consistently.
- Training & Development: Organize training opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among the team.
- Conflict Resolution: Work with sales representatives to handle escalated customer disputes and collection issues.
- Business Growth: Focus efforts on growing the business by acquiring new customers and expanding the market.
- Merchandising: Coordinate merchandising programs to promote products effectively.
- Goal Setting: Set individual goals and targets for sales representatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the construction equipment or aerial work platforms industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the Middle East region as needed.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
