Talent Acquisition Officer

Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, collaborates closely with company departments to ensure that firm attracts and retains skilled professionals. Responsibilities • Search and screen for needed candidates. • Shortlist candidates and coordinate with department for interviews • Manage recruitment activities, including candidate process, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and evaluating. • Maintain of a recruitment database of applicants. • Coordinates and follow up with the other sections of the HR department to ensure that recruitment and manpower planning are delivering the needed services. • Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted new talents and to be able to develop and utilize several recruitment sources • Collaborate with the HR team to on-board new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. • Maintain of a recruitment database of applicants for the future.

Background & Skills • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and talent management within a reputable engineering organization. • Excellent communication, leadership, and personality skills. • Familiarity with current trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management. Qualifications • Saudi National • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master's degree is preferable. • English proficiency is a Must • 5 - 10 Years of Experience.
