Main Purpose of Job: Ensure that all maintenance activities are planned and performed in an optimized way, taken into account all the potential constrains, like: available manpower, production schedule, severity of potential failure, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities. Key link with other departments (operational user) as well as the being the main person for all maintenance work orders KPI tracking and trending management. Skills• Academic Experience: Technical Bachelor Degree. For big factories engineering degree could be desired - (Mechanical, E&A, Process, Industrial engineering, or similar), including food processing plants and technologies (Maintenance and Utilities).• Operational Experience: 3 years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Technician, Engineering Supervisor, maintenance Engineer, or other similar position)• Recommendation to have participated in a basic SHE and Food Safety training.• Experiences as Maintenance Planner, including the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, taking into account production schedule and other standard activities related to maintenance planning (budget, safety permits, coordination with other operational areas, tracking of maintenance KPI's, etc).• Preferred exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning techniques and maintenance execution.• Recommended to have had participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment and/or production line(s). Participation in multi-disciplinary teams aiming to process or activity optimization.
