Summary Responsible for coordinating all related administrative activities of the Human Capital (HC). Provides dataand assistance to management for decision-making. Reviews and recommends changes of new/existing jobs, salaries, policies, etc. in coordination with HC Management. Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Contributes to the development of the HC function and to HC policies, strategies and business plans, which enable the Hospital aims and objectives to be achieved.2. Understands and supports the formulation and aligning of HC Business strategy in line with the Hospital strategic Direction.3. Enhances and develops HC balanced scorecards and monitors HC performance matrix to demonstrate its value and communicate the HC benefit to Senior Management.4. Provides HC smart progress reports weekly, quarterly, mid-year and yearly across the institution; reports should include strategic, operation, KPI’s, as well as practices.5. Develops and makes recommendations for the implementation of HC policies and procedures.6. Creates, maintains, and analyses reports with HC; responds to report requests and validates results to ensure accuracy.7. Designs, develops and enhances methods of information delivery to management and employees via selfservice and reporting.8. Identifies and recommends solution to issues/problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.9. Gathers information, prepares reports and processes various applications, enrolment, pay changes and informational/confidential forms and records.10. Performs higher-level duties involving employee communications, employee file screening, responding to routine questions on HC policies and procedures and identifying potential issues and deficiencies.11. Works collaboratively with other HC departments to monitor, analyses, and utilize data to support decision-making12. Responsible for all assigned department statistics, and provides HC metrics and other reports as requested.13. Participates in Performance Improvement (PI) and introduces LEAN by removing none benefits steps. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline isrequired. Experience Required Grade 09: Three (3) years of related experience is required. Grade 10: Five (5) years of related experience, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
