Country Manager Sales Adecco is currently recruiting for Country Manager Sales - Riyadhfor our client who are leading cybersecurity firm. *This job posting is for a permanent placement position based in KSA*We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Cybersecurity Country Sales Manager to lead our clients sales efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong client relationships within the cybersecurity sector. Qualifications Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales as a Country Manager - KSA, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Should mandatorily have experience in selling VAPT services, and VAPT tools like – Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, PCI, Threat Intel, Vulnerability Management etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (as 1st language) and English, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate contracts. Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in consultative solution selling, with the ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close complex sales deals. This role will serve as the pioneering team member on the ground. Therefore, key expectations and a crucial aspect of the role entails actively pursuing new customers and partners. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications in cybersecurity or sales would be an advantage.
