Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant6 to 10 years of experience in Saudi government sector as Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant Must have an implementation and support experience into Oracle HRMS Applications modules such as core HR, Oracle Payroll, Performance Management, learning management, SSHR, Absence Management, Talent Management Good exposure to Fast Formula, Oracle Workflow, PL/SQL coding , Knowledge of Oracle Interfaces and XML/RDF Reports experience is preferred Skills Strong technical skills in Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Experience in Oracle HRMS implementation and upgrade projects Excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS technology stack, data model, and architecture Experience in Oracle HRMS integration with other Oracle and non-Oracle applications Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Oracle HRMS certification is a plus
